Frequently Asked Questions
Does the $49.99 fee include the AHA online course?
No. The $49.99 fee covers your in-person instructor evaluation, dedicated manikin testing equipment, and same-day eCard processing at our training center. The online portion (HeartCode® BLS) is purchased separately directly through the American Heart Association online portal (elearning.heart.org).
What do I need to bring to the session?
You must bring a printed copy or a digital screenshot of your AHA HeartCode® BLS Certificate of Completion. Instructors cannot legally test you without proof that Part 1 was completed.
What if I make a mistake on the manikin during testing?
Rescue CPR maintains a supportive, low-stress training environment. If your compression rate or depth is slightly off, our clinical instructors will provide immediate corrective coaching and allow you to re-demonstrate the skill until you feel confident and meet the AHA criteria.
How quickly do I get my card after passing?
Your official AHA BLS Provider eCard will be claimed and generated on the very same day of your appointment.
